Mendoza

The beautiful city of Mendoza is located in the region of Cuyo and is one of the most talked about cities in the country due to its elegant beauty, world class wine, and fantastic outdoors sport, including mountain climbing in the Andes, skiing in a famous ski resort, and adventure filled river rafting. Located in the desert, Mendoza’s climate is fairly moderate with summers that see plenty of sun and warm weather (18-33C) and winters that are cool and refreshing (3-16C). During the winter, the mountains surrounding the city are much cooler making skiing possible and the climate drops to below zero temperatures during the night and occasionally the day in the coldest months.
